I just read that Paris Hilton is being taken back to court Friday morning. The judge who originally sentenced her is a little unhappy that she was released early and may send her back to jail.
Good Gawd.
I agree that she shouldn't have been released.. oh sorry.. "reassigned" to house arrest, but wouldn't it be sort of cruel to turn around and send her back to jail again? Maybe they should let the sheriff that let her out finish serving her sentence for her.

Maybe the sheriff should just be required to cough up the money he was given to let her out.
What do I have to do to be "confined" to a house like hers for 40 days? Some punishment! I think this is outreageous. Apparently being a self centered spoiled rotten brat who has gets all depressed when she doesn't get her way qualifies as a medical condition in California. If I was the judge I'd send her to a mental ward for the next 40 days and see if the real shrinks could help her get a grip on reality.

I think EVERYONE is a little miffed about this. Money talks... but but did I get pissy yesterday when Al tried to call it a race thing. It's NOT a race issue... it's a freakin "My Daddy's a billionaire and we can buy off the sheriff's dept. issue".
But she has to go back to court today to answer to the judge - who says the sheriff doesn't even have the power to let her out of jail.

I hope the judge sends her right back to jail. Spoiled little brat.
And maybe they should send the sheriff along with her for his stupid decision (and, yeah, I had the thought he'd been bribed, too) to let her go home in the first place.
Definitely ticks me off!
