Cosmetic Damage and Graduation

I managed to make it though the day without getting fired or killing anyone. It wasn't easy.

The Cubicle Asylum is in a shambles. Well, not the actual cubicles, but the entire operation. People who've been with the company for a long time are leaving, we can't find anyone to take their place who are willing to work for goober peas and sales are in the proverbial toilet. I guess it's understandable that Bossman is in such a peachy freakin' mood, but acting like tail end of a large farm animal isn't going to make it better.

I found out today that Bubbles and/or her Bubbahubby some how managed to impale a board into the side of their spiffy new camper-RV-thing. Apparently the board was sticking out from the barn and they didn't see it, resulting in some "cosmetic damage." As irritated as I was with her when she went around bragging about the stupid thing, I have to admit I feel sort of bad for her.

I'm sure I'll get over it.

Tomorrow night the Amazon and I leave for G'boro one last time, for graduation. We're going to stay overnight somewhere close to campus so we can get all gussied up before the ceremony. How long do these things last anyway? I hope my ass doesn't fall asleep half way through. I hate when that happens. It would suck to have to push people out of the way so I can make my way to the aisle to stretch a big kink out of my right butt cheek.. just as they're calling the Amazon's name. Of course, then I'd already be standing up, so I can jump up and down and wave my arms, hollerin' her name.

Oh yeah.. this is gonna rawk!

*snort*

I've been to these graduations. Your butt cheek will most assuradly fall asleep. You might need to just shuffle around in the chair like you gotta pee.

Please don't do anything on the road that makes your van door open... I still have visions of your vision of you being dragged around by a semi.

Congrats to the Amazon! All grown up!

Congrats to the graduate! Take photos, please. I wish her school was closer to Raleigh; you could get ready here!
