It was 29° when I headed out this morning. I didn't give myself enough time to allow the windshield to defrost and I've neglected to fill the wiper fluid thingie with the yellow stuff, so I drove to work, hunched down and peeking through the little envelope sized hole in the ice all the way through town.
The neighbors love me.. I'm entertaining to have around.
Do ya'll remember the Apocalyptic Bunny O' Doom? This morning I found a big pile of bunny poo turdlets right beside the van, in the same spot (in relation to the van) where the bunny was before. The weird part? Before, the van was out of commission and parked at the edge of the yard. This morning it was sitting in the driveway. Maybe the bunny is using the van as shelter at night?
Yesterday was payday (thank goodness!) and the Amazon is off today, so we're heading across the mountain and through the woods to the grocery store tonight. I sat down with the coupons and the sale paper the other night so I could figure out what the best deals were going to be. Since the Amazon has to work on Thanksgiving day, we may have our dinner a day or two early or maybe wait until her next day off. The "day" isn't important, being with the ones you love (four-legged and finned family members included) and counting your blessings is.
I'd better get to work. Mama needs a new car, can't afford to get fired now. See ya'll later :)

Bunny turdlets? That makes me laugh, for some reason. I bet he IS using the car as shelter.
I vote with Kenju on this one! So, how much snow did y'all get -or was there no accumulation after all?
I think you passed me this morning peaking through the frost whole on the windshield, no it couldn't have been you, she has a cell phone in one hand and cigaret in the other, and I know you quit smoking.
I will be on the road for a few days, back the end of the next week.
