The Excused Absence Network (myexcusedabsence.com) will provide you with a signed note, carefully crafted to appear as if it came from a hospital or doctors office when the need to call in sick outweighs any moral conscience you may posses. You can even get a jury summons or a well written funeral service program (includes words of comfort and wisdom at no extra charge.)

Fortunately, the site has been archived over at archive.org, so you can still see what it looked like. Didn't realise it cost money though lol. Guess that's why it suddenly vanished...
