Howdies!!
Let me start off by saying, I had no idea there was such a place as Festus, Missouri. When I saw Festus, I assumed they were talking about the one from Gunsmoke. It all makes sense now. Well, sort of.
Some of ya'll may remember, back in August I posted about a dream I'd had (titled: These Dreams...) which involved a brick building, a horse statue/fountain and Frank from Trading Spaces appearing and sticking a bassinet in my face repeatedly. The other day, Louise across the hall here, asked for my help in finding cheap Myrtle Beach accommodations for her and her family. Someone had given her one of those tourist catalogs to look though. She tossed it on my desk and said, "Here, find me a deal."
I was flipping through the pages, pretending to help and was about to toss it back to her (I've been really swamped and had very little time for goofing off) when I turned a page and just... stopped.
In an ad for some artsy fartsy museum thingie there was a big brick building, from the angle that I saw it in that dream and another photo inset on the same advertisement of a statue of two (could be three..not sure) rearing horses.
It's been six months since I had that dream, yet when I turned to that page in the book, I instantly recognized the statue, then the building. Granted, the building isn't EXACTLY as it appeared in the dream, but it's damned close. On the facing page of the ad, there's another one with a line of artsy fartsy shops, which one could argue, are similar to the ones seen at the end of the dream.
I should probably mention that I've never been to Myrtle Beach, so it's not like I've seen these things before.
So what does that mean?
You've got me. But I'm on the lookout for Frank or at least a hairy, slightly effeminate man bearing a large bassinet.
Ya never know :)

Those kind of things always make me wonder - maybe you are supposed to go there and see it - and Craig will just happen to be there - you just never know!
Maybe you were there in your last life. Maybe you are supposed to go there and your subconscious wanted a way to plant it in your memory, so you dreamed about it. You should go.
Sorry I haven't been by in a while. Great to get caught up on your recent posts though, missed ya!
Perhaps you shoudn't eat pizza too close to bedtime ;)
Howdy Mighty Mahala! Hamster here, just dropping by since it's been a while. Glad to see you're still your delightful self. You might get a charge out of my two most recent posts, so do pop in if you have a mind. I'll try to get by more often here. Best to ya!
Not that this has anything to do with your post, but I thought that you'd like to know that I have to buy my cap and gown on the 28th of this month.
OMGSCARY!
