Adjusting

I'm still working out how to live without internet. I got a bargain on a wireless keyboard for my tablet. Now I can type up blog posts from home and post them later from the free WiFi at the library or the bench in front off the elementary school.

Bear with me. Until I get used to it, typos will run rampant.

I left work early today. Real early. I only made it an hour and a half. My shoulder was bothering me, Twatwaffle was being a pain in my keister and I just couldn't see myself staying a second longer. This doing the manager's job and not getting paid for it and honestly little hope of getting the job bullcrap is getting old fast.

It's okay. What comes around goes around.

The Groper brought his new woman to show around The Asylum the other day. Two women actually, mother and daughter. The mother was about his age, the daughter in her early 20's. Lulu and I weren't included in the introductions and were taking bets on which one he was dating. Lulu was convinced it was the older woman, but I knew it was the youngin. He'd already told me her name was Jessi.. with an "i" and not an "e." The Groper is at least in his 50's.

So gross.

Oh I almost forgot.. the biker rally is in Frog Pond Holler this weekend. Most of the locals hate it, but it makes me homesick for Ocean View. As an added bonus, there's usually at least 5 fights involving the popo... Thelma's bubbahubby and his sidekick Stick. You don't really need t.v. for entertainment, just a police scanner.

There was a time when I'd have jumped on the back of one of those bikes for a joyride. I'm not nearly as brave.. or as stupid... as I used to be. But still..sometimes I'm tempted.
Anywho....

We'll talk more soon as I get back into the swing of things. More stories, more haha. Promise. But for now...

Later Taters!!!!

Bikes have always scared me. I lost a cousin in a motorcycle wreck and an old boyfriend terrified me by taking me down a very steep hill on the back of his motorbike at break-neck speed.

I hope your job situation improves soon.
