Happy Humpday ya'll!
Before we begin, let me just tell you that ya'll's comments on my last post kept me entertained all day long. I have the best readers/commenters in the blogosphere.
I left the office yesterday with a headache, which progressed in to a cranial screamer by late evening. I napped, watched Mork and Mindy reruns and napped some more. Then I went to bed, because apparently all that napping made me really tired. It's been trying to get cranked back up again today, but I've done everything I can to head it off at the pass with an assortment of OTC pain medication and sinus concoctions.
So far, so good.
I heard Bubbles talking to Louise this morning, mentioning something about "teaching" and being more agreeable with "the girls'" schedules. I swear, I think she's trying to get a job at the elementary school. If she is, it will have to be as a teacher's aide, she came straight to work here right out of high school.... surely she does realize that teaching elementary school requires a degree.
Surely.
Update: I had to interrupt typing today's post to go send a fax. As I quietly stood at the fax machine, I heard Louise telling Thelma that they'd hired someone else for the job in the office up at the elementary school. She went on to say that Bubbles was very disappointed.. before she looked up and saw me standing there.
It pays to be the stealthy ninja.
Anywho...
I've got gobs of work to do, so I'd better get it in gear. Ya'll enjoy your Humpday.
Hump it like a Disco Monkey.
Later Taters!

is really relieved Bubbles isn't preggers. Prolly, it would have been a boy, and she'd a had her heart set on namin her chile after you, seein' how you get along so well. Woulda made for one confused child.
Mahala, I sure hope you feel better. Mr G, and your headaches, beginnin' to worry me. I think you need a LONG vacation.
<3
Bubbles isn't the only one who was disappointed, eh?
Stealthy Ninja, that's you! LOL
It's a shame the elementary school dashed your hopes of getting rid of Bubbles. How rude!
one can only hope that the person they hired for the elem school work breaks the dress code and gets fired.
:)
ALso? All ninja are sleathy. It's pirates that aren't necessarily.
Tiff? "sleathy? LOL
Mahala, you slay me.
Did you see the monkey loose in the crowded streets of Japan!
I think he read your blog and realized it was Hump Day!
I've always wanted to be a stealthy ninja. Unfortunately I'm more on the baby elephant side of things.
